Disappointed with this beard color. The shade didnot match what was advertised, and it faded after just a couple of washes. On top of that, it irritated my skin. Definitely not buying again

Our beard dye is made from 100% natural, plant-based ingredients with no added chemicals, but even with gentle formulations, individual sensitivities can still occur. If you experienced any irritation, it’s possible your skin may have reacted to one of the natural components — this is why we always recommend a patch test beforehand, just to be safe.
Regarding colour fade, plant-based dye behaves a little differently from chemical versions. It often takes up to 24 hours to fully develop. To help the colour last longer, we suggest:
Washing your beard beforehand to remove any product buildup or oils
Avoiding the use of beard oils or balms for at least 24 hours after application
Using only sulphate-free shampoos, as sulphates can strip natural dyes quickly

I'm so thrilled I finally got my hands on this true natural dye, and I'm really impressed with the results! My beard is quite coarse so I didn't get much visible results after first application, it took 3 applications of Organic Base + Dark Brown dye to get the look I wanted. My goatee was about 60% grey and now all my grays turned nice dark blonde while the rest of the hair is dark brown, almost the same hue as my natural hair colour. All in all this gives my beard an amazing natural look and one could never guess it was even dyed at all. It makes me look easily 10 years younger, and to get that with a completely natural herbal powders essentially, is mind-blowing!
Very, very happy and I'm gonna regularly be back for more in the next 10-15 years until I get old enough to be comfortable with having gray beard, lol

Merci de nous avoir contactés, et désolé d’apprendre que votre barbe a pris une teinte violette après l’application de la coloration.
Cela peut arriver occasionnellement avec les teintures à barbe noires biologiques, en particulier celles qui contiennent une forte concentration d’indigo pour obtenir une couleur noire douce et naturelle. Cela ne concerne pas tout le monde — par exemple, j’utilise moi-même ce produit sans problème — mais cela peut varier selon la texture de la barbe et le temps de pose.
Pour corriger la couleur, nous vous recommandons :
De laver votre barbe avec un shampooing contenant des sulfates (comme Head & Shoulders)
De laisser agir le shampooing pendant 3 à 5 minutes avant de rincer abondamment
De réduire le temps de pose de la teinture de moitié — par exemple, essayez 15 minutes au lieu de 30
Nous lançons également The Bohemian King's Natural Beard Dye Base — un pré-traitement 100 % végétal conçu pour équilibrer les sous-tons et éviter les déviations de couleur. Il peut aussi être utilisé après la teinture pour corriger les reflets indigo.
